CRISTINA CAZACU · .C.C · BUCHAREST
About
All the way from Bucharest, the multifunctional creative strudel that is .C.C* is not the kind of soft-melting dough you'd associate with pastry. In fact, it was her proclivity to Fergie's Fergalicious (and yes, strudels too) that drove her to the rather multi-layered, fruity and timeless facet of her creation.
Self-taught to visually embellish and musically make you relish, this strudelific miss has fought her way through zillions of records, old and new alike, to retro-nostalgically stir your cravings for Disco to Dark Disco, Indie Dance and even that miscellaneous Techno-haberdashery. As you'd expect, the ideal roller-model to roller-dance her tunes is the four-wheeler. After all, how else would you imagine enjoying a visually-inspiring music collage?
*.C.C comes from Cristina Cazacu, which is Romanian for Christina the Cossack.
By day, Cristina is a senior art director with 11 years in advertising, at agencies including Friends\TBWA, Interactions and Mainstage. In 2018 she founded Strudelific Studio, a one-woman creative practice for campaigns, brand identities, party visuals, paintings and collages. A law degree taught her to argue an idea and mediate a room; both come in handy when pitching.
By night, she is .C.C: founder of PARTYNOIR, three-year resident at Control Club and FlipFlop Bistroteca, host of Paradisco on Black Rhino Radio from 2022 to 2026.
